Client: Amara

AMARA is an ultra-exclusive residential project located in José Ignacio, Uruguay, overlooking the lagoon — one of the most sought-after and refined destinations in Latin America.

Conceived as a low-density development, the project is composed of a limited number of large-scale lots, designed to offer privacy, scale and a deep connection with the surrounding landscape. The proposal balances architecture and nature, positioning itself within a context where discretion and exclusivity define value.

At SOTO, we developed the project through brand identity, communication framework and content strategy, crafting a narrative aligned with its positioning. Our work also included the production of architectural visualizations, hyper-realistic renders and cinematic animations, allowing the project to be experienced before its construction.

The result is a cohesive system where brand, image and territory come together to communicate a singular proposition — defining AMARA not just as a development, but as a new standard of living in José Ignacio.
