Where space, brand and experience meet
Every project begins with strategy.
At this stage we define the foundations that will guide the entire development and communication of the project. This includes understanding the market context, identifying the ideal audience, and defining how the project should be positioned within its category.
We work on the development of the target profile and buyer persona, analyzing lifestyle, motivations, purchasing behavior and the type of experience the project should represent.
From there we build the strategic framework that connects space, brand and experience — defining positioning, storytelling, brand architecture and the overall narrative that will shape how the project is perceived.
Strategy can take different forms depending on the needs of the client. It may involve a full strategic development, covering positioning, branding and launch strategy, or a focused advisory, helping teams refine ideas, validate concepts or make key decisions at critical stages of the project.
The objective is to create a clear strategic direction that ensures every following step — from content to media — works coherently and effectively.

Orlando Soto
Visualization, 3D & Digital Experience
Brings more than 30 years of experience in analog and digital visualization, working with global clients across architecture, design and luxury sectors.
Throughout his career he has explored the evolution of visual technology — from traditional techniques to advanced 3D rendering, digital environments and immersive tools such as VR.
His experience allows SOTO to translate strategy into powerful visual narratives that communicate projects with precision and sophistication.

Media Strategy & Paid Media
Has over a decade of experience in paid media strategy, working with high-value brands and clients across finance, real estate and premium sectors.
His expertise lies in connecting strategy and content with the right audiences through performance-driven campaigns, audience segmentation and media optimization — ensuring projects reach the people most likely to value them.
